What to reach out about
- Bug reports — a file that would not convert, a diagram that rendered wrong, or anything that looks broken. Telling us the input helps us reproduce it.
- Feature requests — a converter or viewer feature you wish existed. A lot of the tools on this site started as a single email.
- Feedback — what works, what is confusing, what would make the tool better for you.
- Privacy questions — anything about how the site handles your data. See our Privacy Policy for the short answer: nothing is uploaded.
- Partnerships & press — collaborations, coverage or business enquiries.
Response time
We aim to reply within a couple of business days. Because everything on markdownview.net runs client-side and there are no user accounts, email is the only channel we use — we will never ask for a password or payment details over it.
